Allandale is a charming subdivision located in Northwest Austin. Allandale is bordered by Anderson Lane to the north, Koenig and Northland to the south, Burnet Road to the east, and MoPac to the west. Allandale is served by Austin Independent School District. Students attend these great Austin ISD schools: Gullett or Wooten Elementary, Burnet or Lamar Middle and Lanier or McCallum High School. Most Allandale homes were originally built in the 1950s and 60s and many homes in the area exemplify the single story, spacious layouts ranch style design is known for.
